BUSINESS is failing to capitalise on the explosion of smartphone use with just five per cent of smaller operators having a specific mobile site.
Although mobile internet usage has surged 3000 per cent in three years and almost half of Australians are using a mobile phone to access the internet, business owners are missing out on the lucrative market by failing to embrace online selling in general.
